[ILL-L] sent attachment from email address that doesn't show up?

If any of you should have happened to have sent us (FZ3) an ILL article via email attachment in the last five minutes or so - would you please contact me?  We just got two that came in that look like they MIGHT be ILLs, but there is no email address that can be pulled up, nor any other information that would identify it as an ILL.  It just says " The document you requested is attached to this e-mail message" - which could be an ILL, but could just as easily be a virus!
