[ILL-L] Foregoing bookstraps in favor of simply inserting paperwork inside books

I always appreciate receiving books with bookstraps on them.  It is a
very clear reminder to my users that this book does not belong to
"their" library and so they must take extra care in its use and in
returning it on time.  I have a small but dedicated number of ILL users
whom I have convinced that, if we are bad borrowers, lending libraries
will cut off our privileges.
