Hi Beth,

I put the paperwork inside the book and so far most libraries have
returned the paperwork with the book. If the paperwork is not returned I
do have to do some detective work but otherwise no problem. About 75% of
the libraries that loan books to us also use that system. I remove all
loose paperwork and keep it filed before I release it to our patrons
then put it back in the book when it is returned. Hope this helps.

I would like to hear from libraries which insert ILL paperwork inside
borrowed books rather than attach a bookstrap to them. How does it work
for you? Do patrons for the MOST part return the paperwork? Any
problems?

I *very* much appreciate your input, either to me personally or to the
list here.
