[ILL-L] book-"Parrot Lady"

Good evening:
 
     One of our administrators wants to borrow the book, "Parrot Lady" by Margaret Cessna.    The ISBN number Is 978-1419627798.   It was published at the end of 2006.   I've searched WorldCat by author/title/ISBN but found no entries.   It is listed on Amazon.
 
     Does any library have this book and is willing to lend it?   We will input a request for it.
