I coded mine; "L00EI" which is loans from the east coast, free and IFM for
lending. I have them in order of cost and then geography to pick the
closest copy. "C00A" means Copies, free and Ariel or Odyssey. These are
ordered first by cost and then by delivery method.

Hi,
I code our lending groups' names based on five factors: fee by material
type, payment method, distance, and special conditions. This helps us to
sort them locally, as well as in WorldCat.
For example, if an Illinois library charges $10 IFM for copies, lends books
out of state for free, but only fills requests if their OCLC symbol is
listed twice in the lender string, that library is assigned to two groups:
one group for copies, "10IFMC2X," and another for books, "FRBKMW2X."
I Hope This Is Helpful,
~Joe

I know how to create the groups and paths and how to add/delete libraries
according to their charges or noncharges.
My question is just how folks title their groups - we are encounter
difficulties in just deciding the best titles for groups due to some folks
charging via IFM, others not, some charging for copies, but not for loans,
etc.
Comments and suggestions are appreciated.
The ILL folks here have set up a system to update our groups weekly so it is
not an overwhelming task once a year or so.
