[ILL-L] Don't request Twilight from EMU

Exactly. This is the item level deflection that was set up a year or so ago.
You can set field 008 in the Local Holdings Record (LHR)to encode both will
or won't lend and will or won't copy. The default setting for both lending
and copying is unknown. See the enhancement titled "Link to Local Holdings
Record (LHR) in Connexion browser (Completed: June 2006)" at
