[ILL-L] Don't request Twilight from EMU

That is my understanding. We use this mainly for serial items. In
position 20 we set them as 'b' - do not lend but then position 21 is set
to 'a' - will reproduce. This allows copy requests but not loan
requests.

I'd be interested in hearing more about how this would work. I'm not
in cataloging so I don't understand--would items like this still show
up in worldcat, they just couldn't be requested?
