[ILL-L] Theoretical Medicine and Bioethics, 2008

Good Morning!

I'm looking for an article from Theoretical Medicine and Bioethics dated
December 5, 2008.  The title of the article is "Consenting to
uncertainty:  Challenges for informed consent to disease screening--a
case study."

The ISSN is 1388-7415.  As far as I can figure there are no holding
libraries of this title in OCLC though the OCLC identifier is
2261076809.  

This particular article may not be in print yet. The electronic version
of the article is available for purchase for $34.00--a little much for
us. 

Can anyone provide the article or confirm that I've gotten the correct
ISSN and that there aren't any holding libraries in OCLC.
