(title changed in 2001). The volume numbering matches. It's in EBSCO, but
only 2001-2005.

Can someone help me with this citation?

Holland, Suzanne. 2006.  "Who's 'Playing God' with Technologies of the
Body?"  The Journal of Public Affairs IX (Supplemental Issue 1): 31-49.

 

The citation is apparently from the author's CV, but i've been unable to
verify it anywhere else. We have access to something called the Journal of
Public Affairs via Ebsco, but nothing with "supplementary issues" and no
articles by anyone named Holland. (And 2006 wasn't volume 9 of the journal I
found either.)

 

Is anyone familiar with this title, or have any suggestions? I'm stumped.
