Do you have a volume number or an article title?  Reader's Guide Retrospective Index indexes a periodical called "The Outlook" which was published in 1901 (volume 69 in Dec. 1901).  I'd be happy to check it for your article.

Hello,

 

I am trying to find an OCLC record for a magazine called "The Outlook".  Seems to be a common name for seriels, which is unfortunate.

 

I think the magazine has to do with Children's Literature.  I am looking for a particular article from a 1901 issue so it has to be a magazine that was published at that time period.

 

Any advice would be great!
