[ILL-L] STARS Midwinter Hot Topics Discussion Group - Reminder

I would like to know why OCLC ILL discontinued the "overdue" category
from it's Request Manager.  Didn't this used to be a category, now it's
combined with Special messages/Borrower?  This would make it easier for
personnel to do overdues.
