[ILL-L] looking for ERIC document

I'm sure someone on the list can supply a copy of this.  To request an ERIC document, I usually use OCLC accession #12676405 (it only gives holdings for a few libraries, but that should enough; GPM in Georgia, which doesn't charge for copies, should have the fiche you want, but you can probably find a free library nearer you that also has it.)
