[ILL-L] free lenders of microfilm list?

Hi Kelley, we don't keep a list, but have found that in general public 
libraries do not lend microfilm at all (including us!) so I start with 
free lending consortia members (GOLD, SOLINE & LVIS for us) and choose 
academic libraries. However, I always check their policies first, so it's 
still time consuming, just with a smaller universe of lenders. Most of 
what we borrow are newspapers on microfilm for the genealogy set.
