[ILL-L] ARIEL - problems at IWU

I've already sent this to the ARIEL list - but I thought the ILL-L list
generally might want to know.  Pardon any duplication.

 

We are having problems with ARIEL and can not send documents except as
email.  Until we find a solution we will be sending documents to other
libraries via email as  PDFs.

 

Since we returned to work Monday, Jan 5th our Ariel workstations have
not been able to send document via Ariel - except document delivery
email.   Oddly, we have been able to receive.  We have not been able to
send to our other campus libraries nor they to us.  All of our standard
settings are as they have always been - we have been told the University
networking (firewall/DNS) settings are also as they should be.

 

We get the error:  Send aborted for document XXX,552 unable to accept
data connection

 

Any suggestions on this would be gladly accepted.
