[ILL-L] Need ERIC doc

I am working from home today thanks to a power outage so I have no access
to most of my ILL tools. But, I do have a faculty member who wants the
following ERIC doc! Can some kind (and free - we are LVIS) soul send it
(email or snail mail, since our fax is down with the power!) Will be happy
