[ILL-L] Help with journal: "Journal of Global Business Issues"

I am having trouble finding someone who will send me an article from the journal "Journal of Global Business Issues".  No one has it in print with the exception of the Library of Congress, and we never hear back from them.
It is available in a couple of databases (EBSCOhost Business Source Complete and ABI Inform Complete) neither of which we have.  I know I can purchase an entire issue for $20.00 but I was hoping that there was some kind soul out there who subscribed to one of the above databases and was able and willing to send the article to me for less than that.

The article I need is:
McMahon, Periatt, LeMay, and Carr (2007) "Developing Competent Production Managers in Logistics" Journal of Global Business Issues Vol 1 iss 2 pp.172-82.
