[ILL-L] Loan a video?

out and lend the video.

Hi all,

I have a student working on her Senior Capstone project and needs a
video for her project and I need help finding someone that will loan
it.  I've found 3 libraries that own it on OCLC, but they
wouldn't/couldn't lend it.  The video is "facial action coding
system."   One OCLC record # is 28352239.  Purchasing the item is not
an option for the library (it doesn't fit any of our needs) and it is
not an option for the student due to the cost.  None of the libraries
are close enough in distance for the student to drive too either.
Does anyone have this video and willing to loan the item out? Any help
would be much appreciated.
