[ILL-L] IFM fee increase

GZV - UW-Platteville will be raising its IFM fee to $15 dollars for copies and loans, as of Jan. 5, 2009.  All of our reciprocal and LVIS agreements still stand.  We also welcome new reciprocal agreements.
