[ILL-L] overdue book fines

We don't charge other libraries an overdue fine, but we do send out replacement fees if we do not get the book  back within 6 months of the due date.  We also have a kind of informal list of libraries that abuse the system that we avoid sending books to.
We do charge students $1 per day if the books are not returned within 5 days of the due date.
It is very inconsiderate to keep material  that others might need.  The fact that an interlibrary loan has to be requested  indicates that the material might be in somewhat short supply.  :)
