Dear ILL colleagues - we have changed our constant data and PD info to reflect what we have recently been told is our correct physical address according to emergency 9-1-1 personnel per our local UPS manager.  It is "1400 Southern Drive."  Our UPS will also deliver anything to us with "1 Lake Drive" which we have used as our physical address for several years.  Here on our campus no physical addresses are used - we are all P.O. boxes - but we all know that for UPS, a physical address is required.   How this all came up is that 1 library told us they were being charged $5.00 for materials sent to us because their UPS said the physical address on our packages was wrong.  I sure hope that hasn't been happening to anyone else.   Cynthia
