[ILL-L] Book Review from Polis

I have a faculty member who is looking for a book review published in
the journal Polis within the last two years. He only knows the author
& title of the book that was reviewed, not the name of the reviewer or
the volume/issue/page numbers. It appears that two issues of Polis are
published each year... would anyone be willing to investigate & tell
me which issue I could find this review?

Author of book (not review):  Susan Collins
