[ILL-L] Fallout from the past 2 weeks: books going to the wrong libraries

Well, folks, we received the first book of what may be many that we
didn't order.  We're checking with the lender to see if they can find
out where it's supposed to go and getting their preference on whether to
send it on to the real borrower or to send it back.  Just wondering,
though- if it gets lost in the mail- will the borrower still get the
bill even though it was sent the wrong place to begin with?
