[ILL-L] Can anyone lend an entire bound volume

Dear ILL Colleagues,

I have requested an article twice for one of our faculty and both copies
she received are not good enough quality.  Can any library lend us Equine
Veterinary Journal (OCLC # 1568146) for 1997 so we can scan it for her?

Hoping someone can help.
