[ILL-L] copyright charges for recent Internet finds

I would say as long as your finding them on legitimate sites (Open
Access Journals, someone that has permission to reproduce the
articles, etc.) that they don't count towards copyright. One of my
understandings of Open Access was so that you didn't have to pay for
access or use of the materials. Like Ed said just send the link to
your patron. When we have ones like that we cancel the request and
just keep a tally of how many we've found through the web for
statistical reasons.

> I use the Internet to verify borrowing article citations, and I find about the full text for about 12% of the requests. We then supply that copy to the patron - we use publisher, author, or internet as the lender.
