[ILL-L] RE: P.S.: [ILLIAD-L] cancellation reasons not matching up

t-resource.html  Not licensed to fill is #14 on th WCRS list.  As you'll
see, the article explains that users of WCRS may continue to receive
some of the older reasons for no from users of ILLiad.  I'm hoping that
Atlas corrects this with the next version of ILLiad.  
 
Can someone from Atlas confirm this?
 
I thought about going through and correcting the reasons for no myself,
then found that -after the 7.3 upgrade- I couldn't change anything in
Lending Cancellations or in Lending Conditionals.  I'm not sure if this
is because we're hosted or if this is the nature of the ILLiad beast at
this time. So- until this gets corrected in the software, the scratching
of heads will continue.  We're still getting Unspecified as a
cancellation reason even though that is one of the retired reasons for
no.

I didn't see a reason about license restrictions. Will they add that
