I don't think she can make a copy, but I think she can request it as
many times as she wants,

Subject: [ILL-L] requests for the same item
We have a faculty member that has requested the same DVD for the second
time in less than a year. This time she stated that we should just make
copies because she will probably need it every year. I cannot find
anything concerning how many times a person can request the same item.
It seems to violate the spirit of the purpose of Interlibrary Loan, at a
minimum, even if there is not regulation against it. We have suggested
that she request the department include it in their book order.
Does anyone know of any regulation concerning this? How would your
department deal with it?
