[ILL-L] requests for the same item

I'm not aware of a rule or regulation, but the general rule of thumb
at MPOW and others that I've talked to is that if its something that
you'll need multiple times that you purchase the item for your
collection. When it comes to materials for classes I'd say its even
more important to ask that it become part of the collection since it's
conceivably something that you might let a student borrow if they miss
the class, etc.
