[ILL-L] Limit to number of books a student can take out?

Our institution is on 10 week terms. We know that some faculty have a
required number of primary and secondary sources for their required
papers...and we also have students working on their senior thesis.
So...if it is requested from ILL, we request it from possible free
lenders for them. (We are more discriminating, and check with the
student to see the importance of a particular item, if there will be a
lending fee.) We have no ILL limits.

Subject: [ILL-L] Limit to number of books a student can take out?
We have a class where some students are requesting 15-20 books
interlibrary loan. We have a policy of no more than ten ILL books
charged out to a patron at a time. Do other libraries have similar
policies or thoughts? Thanks,
Edward Helmrich
