[ILL-L] Limit to number of books a student can take out?

We limit undergrads to 10 items out at a time. They can give me a list of 
more than 10, but I won't request #11 until one of the first 10 has been 
returned. I would be willing to make exceptions for a student working on 
an honors thesis or such, but no one has asked and no one complains.
