[ILL-L] Strange message

Two of our pending requests received today have the following message:

 

This is an ISO-ILL request. To edit the request please click on the Edit
ISO buttom to redisplay record. All further processing of this request
must be completed in WorldCat Resource Sharing. It is no longer
compatible with the ISO-ILL protocol

 

There is also a button that says "Edit ISO" rather than the usual
choices for processing requests. 

 

I have never seen this before.  Does anyone know what this means?
