[ILL-L] updating problems due to OCLC problems

VRU did print our pending from First Search and change to pending.
Since the requests did not come through our ILL managing system, the books had to be updated to loan through First Search. May mess up statistics, but we can handle that.
The problem is that in trying to update copies in First Search, the record shows a due date that so far we have not figured out how to change to no due date.
Any suggestions are appreciated. We did try the Help button, but no category pertaining to this situation was found.
Our ILL Management system just has us spoiled.
