Description:
We are currently experiencing difficulties with printing in WorldCat
Resource Sharing. When printing is attempted an error message comes up
"An error occurred during the execution of this action".
Examples of this have been reported when selecting multiple categories
to print or when attempting to print Pending requests and selecting to
not put in process. In addition some requests have the following
message:
"This is an ISO-ILL request. Please hit the ISO edit button. Further
work on this request must be done in WorldCat Resource Sharing."
On multiple printing items it has been reported that printing single
categories resolves the problem.
We are currently investigating this issue
Update:
ILLiad users may see errors in their Connection Manager logs related to
the inability to update requests.
One such error, on attempting to update some lending requests, is
"Connection Manager Error: 210: DOM tree unavailable (set BuildDOM to
true and reparse)."
Requests may download, and then, status in WorldCat Resource Sharing may
indicate that they are still at (or have returned to) Pending status.

WorldCat Collection Analysis, and OCLC Local Holdings Maintenance are
regularly available 24 hours, Monday through Sunday. OCLC occasionally
conducts maintenance on these systems, which is typically completed on a
Sunday from 2 am - 6 am ET. OCLC usually provides advance notice about
these maintenance periods.
