[ILL-L] Lending New Materials

[Andrew Shuping]

Jack Tarver Library (GMU) no longer lends materials that are on our
new book shelf.  This decision was made, because of delays in getting
materials to the new book shelf.  The new books typically stay on the
book shelf for about two months and then moved to the regular stacks.
Once there we will lend them via ILL.
