[ILL-L] Lending New Materials

Anything that is purchased w/ in the 12 months is considered new, I
don't loan any new material, however, if my library is  the last lender
on the string, I usually do send out.

Hello All,
 
I am new to the world of ILL and would like to know what your policies
are
regarding the lending of newly acquired materials. Do you lend new
materials? What do you consider new?  Will you lend something
considered new
if you are the borrowers last chance?
