The Waseda University (OCLC; LWU) and the Keio University (OCLC; KEI) in
Tokyo are the OCLC suppliers and they both have the journal you are
looking for, even though their record is not in OCLC. You can create a
blank work form and send it to them. Hope this will help.

I need help and am hoping someone is able to help us obtain an article
from, I believe, a Japanese journal.  I have had no luck locating an
OCLC record number.   The faculty member feels certain we should be able
to get this.  Please help, if you can.  We will take any and all
suggestions to try.
