I'm with the others. Request the book and have your customer pay for the copying. They may not need all those pages.
We once had four requests for copies from one book that- when added up- ended up being a request for ¾ of the book. I know it's not the lender's responsibility to follow copyright but I conditionaled the requests. The librarian at the borrowing library wasn't aware of the multiple requests from one book and consented to us lending the book.

Subject: [ILL-L] copying pages from a book
Hello,
Our patron is requesting 30 copied pages from a 48 page book that was published in 1989. The owning library says they can only send p. 1-13 under copyright law. Is there a way we can get the rest of the pages for our patron?
