[ILL-L] [Fwd: Docline # 28304197 not received]

This exchange prompts my question:  do other libraries have problems sending
pdf's via email overseas? I'm nervous every time I fill such a request,
since I have more problems with overseas emails getting through on the
borrowers' side.  We don't fill physical items for overseas shipment & never
request anything from overseas, so our problem is very limited to just
one-way flow of information for just the e-format.
