[ILL-L] Bookeye2 Scanner and BScan Software Query

David - we are using the Bookeye with BScan software and have for almost three years.  I am copying Dan Pfohl on my reply to you as he manages the systems in the library and has been involved with customer support issues in a different way than I have been.  If you give me (us) a better sense of your specific questions, we will be happy to respond.
