[ILL-L] Max days pending request at single inst?

I've seen them move prematurely too. It's aggravating when you get a
request in the morning and search the shelves, only to find -when you go
to fill the request that it has gone on.  As much as it's happened, I
can't believe that all instances were due to requests getting cancelled.

Just as an aside: the time deadline is midnight either central or
eastern
time. We non-North (or South) American libraries will get requests
mid-afternoon that appear to have been moved on by the WRS.
