[ILL-L] deflections and except when I am last

Would using the TRN symbol do it- or does OCLC have that 'fixed' so that
it won't go to the next library?

training would be SO MUCH BETTER!!   New staff members... _new ILLiad 
libraries_ could self train their borrowing and lending units, and get 
immediate feedback...  the list goes on...
