[ILL-L] National Intelligencer, 1838

Good morning all,
 Our local history types are looking for an article in the December 18, 1838 issue of the National Intelligencer.
The article supposedly concerns the "Mecklenburg Resolves" or "Mecklenburg Declaration" or MeckDec as we call it.
 
Will take hard copy, microform, scanned or faxed issue. We can pay up to $20.00, invoice only.
