[ILL-L] FZ3 is moving at slow speed

I process about 98% of all ILL requests w/in my 8 hour work shift Sun. thru
Th. IF it comes to the end of my shift & there's a microfiche request
I know I can't get to, I say "no--not able to process in a timely manner" in
oclc. This sends the request on quickly to the next lender & so helps out
the borrower in more quickly filling their request instead of having it sit
in my inbox for a day or more while I wait for more time to get to it. At
peak ILL traffic, we have two student workers who come to work w/ the small
pile I run out of time to fully process during my 8 hour shift...either way,
100% of our ILL requests are filled within 24 hours. Sun. thru Thurs. We
are trying to get a student to come in & fill Fri./Sat to keep our fill rate
up very high.
Peace,
Robyn (Clark-Bridges)
