[ILL-L] Strange Things Are Happening

I just got a call from one our area libraries.  She said they got a book that she did not request.  I could not pull it up on Illiad.   I was able to pull it up on First Search.  According to the Ship To line it was supposed to go to San Antonio.   How was Fort Worth Library, IFA, able to pull up a request that was made by San Antonio, SAT?
