[ILL-L] OCLC custom holdings not working

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this problem. When I get to the Holdings part of a request I'm getting "no data to display" back from my Custom options. The books  I've tried it on are in plenty of libraries that should show up on my Custom Loans, and when I do any of the other holdings outside of Custom I get the expected library list. Is anyone else having this problem? We've been having a lot of computer problems lately and even put in a new hard drive, so I'm kind of hoping this is an OCLC problem and not a computer one on our end! Thanks :)
