[ILL-L] receiving only 5 pages

Has anyone experienced the following problem?
Sometimes when we receive articles through Ariel or Odyssey, we get only the first 5 pages of the article. The lending library assures us that they scanned and transmitted the entire article, but we only get the first 5 pages. We have tried to find a rhyme or reason so we can correct the problem, but we are stumped. Sometimes the articles are sent through Rapid, somtimes through ILLiad. It happens more so with some lenders, but not always the same lenders. Sometimes articles from a particular lender will arrive incomplete and at other times (for a different request number) the articles arrive in their entirety. I thought maybe it was the size of the article, but this happens with short articles (10 pages or less), too.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
