[ILL-L] Question about ILL articles & copyright

Hello,
I'm writing to inquire about how other institutions handle ILL requests &
copyright law. A patron of ours has recently requested 5 articles from the
same journal title, though the dates of the articles vary (they are all more
than 5 years old - 1990, 1992, 1995, 1997, 2000). To your knowledge, would
it be possible for us to request all 5 articles without infringing on
copyright? Also, does your institution keep a spreadsheet of all journals
requested to protect against copyright infringement? Any additional
information & links you can give about how your institution deals with
copyright & ILL would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
--
