[ILL-L] ShareILL, where art thou?

Thank you, Keith! That reminds me: Linda Frederiksen and I did the initial
work to set up ShareILL with the understanding - and very fervent hope -
that everyone in the ILL community would add and update content. You are all
welcome to add anything you think is appopriate to ShareILL, and if you see
a link that's out of date, feel free to either update it yourself or email
me at mary.hollerich at gmail.com and I will try to update it myself (time
permitting, of course).
