[ILL-L] Worldcat Accession/OCLC Numbers

Have any of you had any trouble with Worldcat.org using different accession/OCLC numbers than FirstSearch/World Resource Sharing uses?  I had a patron submit an ILL request through Worldcat.org while connected to our university network, but when our ILL dept tried to submit it through WRS, it didn’t recognize the accession/oclc number as it was different.  Title was:
 
I reported this to OCLC and was told this is a known issue.  However, I’m wondering what implications this has with their Worldcat Local “Quick Start” product they are currently promoting, as, I believe, it uses the Worldcat.org interface.
