[ILL-L] Need Help with Proceedings of the 13th Symposium on Navigation, CASI

Is there anyone that can help supply this paper?

There is an OCLC record for the 11th Symposium (OCLC # 76869905), but I
haven't been able to find one for the 13th Symposium.  Also, there is an
individual OCLC record for the paper (OCLC #47070297) - however it is 76
pages and not what my patron wants.
 
We are willing pay up to $25IFM for the paper, and we can receive via
email (ILL at erau.edu) or Ariel (155.31.25.32).
