[ILL-L] KKV now an EMST library

Hello,
  KKV, Southwest Kansas Library System, is now an EMST library.  I contact around 30 public
libraries to ask them to send items, and as libraries grow busier, 4 days is just not long enough to
get an answer back.  I'm sorry to do this, but I think it's better than aging to unfilled. Please remember
to put KKV twice on your lender string.
